This policy explains how MENA Grand Prix Co. (commercial registration 4030513534, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) handles personal data collected through menagrandprix.com, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you send us a project brief, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, event details and dates, the services you need, your preferred delivery language, your budget range and your project description.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver and manage a project if you go ahead with us.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form, and on the steps needed before entering a contract with you.
Who else handles it
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email at info@menagrandprix.com and receives form submissions.
- Our web host, which stores the site and processes requests to it.
- Google Fonts, which serves the site’s fonts and receives your IP address when a page loads.
- YouTube, which sets its own cookies only if you play an embedded video.
Some of these providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and project records for as long as the law requires. Form entries are sent to our inbox and are not stored on the website.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, ask for a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@menagrandprix.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
